4. Animals would wander between each strip and weeds would spread.

Before the agricultural revolution most animals were thin and scrawny.Robert Bakewell,a scientist,invented selective breeding.He would get the best quality animals and breed them together.Their off-spring of sheep,cows and pigs would be of the best quality,100%.

Before the agricultural revolution,farmers planted the same crops in every field,every year.The crops lacked nutrients and were small.Charles'Turnip'Townsend invented crop rotation.He advised farmers to plant different crops every year.Larger crops were produced.

Before the agricultural revolution,farmers used to plant seeds by hand.Then a scientist,Jethro Tull invented the seed-drill.This horse drawn machine could plant many seeds at one time.This saved alot of time and produced alot more food.
